Joshua Starke is a passionate entrepreneur, born and raised in the Westerwald – a rural region in western Germany characterized by strong small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurial spirit. This background has shaped his close connection to SMEs and continues to influence his entrepreneurial actions today.

As a co-founder of several companies, including VAYS GmbH, Degura GmbH, and Evano GmbH, as well as in leadership roles such as Managing Director, Vice President, or Chief Sales Officer, he has taken on comprehensive strategic and operational responsibilities. Previously, he worked as an independent consultant focusing on small and medium-sized companies.

His focus of professional expertise include business development, strategy, digitalization, marketing, and sales. This experience is complemented by an MBA from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, a diploma in business economics from the Potsdam Business Academy, and a certificate in business strategy from Harvard Business School.

Alexander Kirn

Alexander Kirn took over Invers GmbH in 2012 as a successor, a leading mobility tech company with over 200 employees. He now supports the next generation of successor entrepreneurs. He holds a master's degree from the prestigious Harvard University.

Dr. Thomas Bühler

Dr. Thomas Bühler has been an investor and partner in the German middle class for over 35 years and has successfully accompanied various succession arrangements many times. He has a deep understanding of the middle class in the German-speaking area and has already successfully supported dozens of successor entrepreneurs on their journey.

Till Bossert

Till Bossert is the CEO of Herchenbach Industrial Buildings, a company he took over in early 2015 with his business partner Tobias Raeber as part of a corporate succession. During his tenure, Herchenbach became the market leader in Germany for temporary storage in Europe.

Jürgen Rilling

Jürgen Rilling, together with his business partner, acquired Grundig Business Systems in 2003 and successfully put it on the road to success. Based in Gräfelfing near Munich, he is now primarily focused on supporting young medium-sized entrepreneurs as a mentor and investor.

Nicolas Rudzki

In recent years, Nicolas Rudzki led a family office as managing director, where he was responsible for investments in succession and search funds, among others. Subsequently, he co-founded Valmaris Private Investors with his partners. He is involved in numerous boards and actively supports CEOs, especially in financing matters.

Dr. Gernot Eisinger

Dr. Gernot Eisinger founded AFINUM in 2000 together with Dr. Thomas Bühler. AFINUM is focused on succession planning in the German-speaking middle class. Gernot has extensive experience with entrepreneurial succession solutions and has successfully supported dozens of successor entrepreneurs.

Jan Woitschätzke

Jan Woitschätzke acquired Funa Nachrichtentechnik GmbH in 2004. He expanded Funa internationally and strengthened the company through acquisitions. Since 2013, he has primarily supported young medium-sized entrepreneurs as a partner with expertise and capital. He holds a degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Christopher von Wedemeyer

Christopher is the founder of DrSmile, a provider of clear dental aligners with over 600 employees. In 2020, Christopher sold DrSmile to Straumann, one of the world's leading companies in the dental industry. Since then, he has been involved with Legacy Partners in succession solutions.

Herbert Doleisch

Herbert Doleisch was a partner at Triton, a mid-sized partner and investor, for almost 20 years, and now invests, together with his partners, through Valmaris Private Investors in search funds and succession solutions. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Harvard University, as well as from the University of Vienna.

Christopher King

Christopher King took over MediaKom GmbH & Co. KG in 2022, along with Alexander Hansen as a successor, a leading company for automated business solutions. Previously, he worked at BCG and ALDI and holds an MBA from the prestigious UCLA University of California.

Marc Bartomeus

Marc Bartomeus successfully acquired, developed, and sold a medium-sized company in Spain. Today, he supports succession entrepreneurs with his experience and capital. He holds an MBA from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).

Alexander Hansen

Alexander Hansen took over the MediaKom GmbH & Co. KG in 2022, alongside Christopher King as successor, a leading company for automated business solutions. Previously, he worked at McKinsey and KPMG and holds an MBA from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.

Lukas Matzinger

Lukas Matzinger is the Managing Partner of RPG Capital, the family office and majority owner of the RP Global Group, an independent power producer in the renewable energy sector. He is responsible for investments in real estate, venture capital, private equity, as well as currently more than 30 search funds and actively supports several boards.
